Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Base
    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup butter
    1/4 cup sugar
    Topping
    1 large lemon
    1 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons flour
    1/4 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs,lightly beaten
    Icing sugar for dusting top
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325 F. For base combine flour,butter and sugar;mix until crumbly.Press into a greased 9-in.x9-in. baking pan.Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
    For topping,zest 2 teaspoons of lemon rind,Juice 3 tablespoons lemon juice. In a medium bowl add juice and zest to the remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
    Pour topping over base.Bake 20-25 minutes or until nearly set.Cool in pan on a wire rack.Sprinkle with icing sugar and cut into squares.Store in refrigerator.
