Gluten-Free Coconut Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup virgin coconut oil
    1/2 cup coco powder
    4 large eggs
    1/2 cup maple syrup (or agave or honey or combination - I used part maple part agave)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup coconut flour
    1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Preparation
    mix coconut oil and coco into paste
    mix in eggs and all other ingredients
    beat until smooth

    bake in parchment lined 8\"x8\" pan at 350*F for 25-35 minutes.

    I spread the top of mine with a paste of coconut oil coco and agave when they were partially cooled. About a tbsp of each.
