Blueberry Lemon Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup Flour
    1 tablespoon Sugar
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon baking soday
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 egg
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 tablespoon melted butter
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup blueberries-fresh or frozen
    1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda & salt in a large mixing bowl
    In a separate bowl, lightly whisk egg--add milk, sour cream, melted butter and the vanilla to blend
    make a well in flour mixture--add egg mixture and whisk until blended
    Fold in blueberries and lemon zest
    fry in melted butter
