Holy Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe cailfornia avacados, peeled and diced
    1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice, preferably fresh
    1 to 2 cloves garlic,minced
    1 teaspoon dried leaf basil, crushed
    1/4 cup red peppers, finely diced
    2 tablespoons of your favorite salsa
    1 1/2 tablespoons silvered almonds, coarsely chopped
    2 tablespoons thinlly sliced green onions
    Dollop sour cream garnish
    1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
    1 tablespoon minced cilantro (optional)
Preparation
    Peel and mash avocado miz with lemon juice add the cilantro, garlic, basil and salt. Dice remaining avocado, fold into mixture with red pepper, salsa, green onion and chopped almonds. Garnish with sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips and fresh vegetables.
