Kibbeburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices white bread, torn into pieces
    1/4 cup milk
    1pound lean ground lamb
    1 egg
    1/2 cup minced onion
    1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
    1/4cup toasted pine nuts
    1/2 teas. Dried oregano, crumbled
    1/2teas. Salt
    1/4teas.cinnamon
    Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Soak bread in milk in large bowl until milk is absorbed. Mix in remaining ingredients. Shape into eight 1inch thick ovals. (can be prepared 8hours abed and refrigerated. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before
    Cooking)
    Prepare barbecue, grill burgers to desired doneness, 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Serve immediately.
