Polanta Triangle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup yellow corn grilled
chicken broth to taste
garlic minced
crumbled feta cheese
bell pepper roasted and finely chopped
Preparation

Combine corn, chicken broth mix well set aside. Pour remaining broth with garlic to heat up to boiling mix in the combine ingredinets cook 20 minutes -- remove from heat add feta cheese & pepper mix well.
Spray square pan with non stick oil. Press grit evenly into pan. refrigarate until cold. Cut polenta in triangle 2 inch wide serve at room temperature.
