Zucchini Gratin - cooking recipe

500 grams small, firm zucchini (~2)
butter
300 grams tomatoes, chopped
100 grams feta cheese, crumbled
1/8 liter milk
2 eggs
pepper
salt
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 tablespoons pine nuts
Preparation

Pre-heat the oven to 225 C.
Take a gratin pan and butter it.
Quarter the zucchinis and place them close together in teh gratin pan. Bake the zucchini for 15 minutes.
Distribute the tomatoes and feta over the zucchini once they're out of the oven.
In a small bowl, mix the eggs, milk, pepper, salt and garlic. Pour over the zucchini. Add the pine nuts over the top.
Bake for another 20 minutes.
