    Carrots
    Celery
    Onion
    Oil
    Ground Pork
    Spicy Sausage
    Vegetable Base
    White Wine
    Ariosto
    Tomato
    Basil
    Prosciutto end cuts
    oil
    butter
    Green Olives
    Nuts
Preparation
    In hot pan, fry carrots, celery, onion
    Then add pork and sausage..Brown
    Add Vegetable base, Wine and reduce completely

    Add Tomatoes and cook
    Basil Pieces

    In a second pan
    Heat oil and butter
    add cut up prosciutto till beginning crisp
    add green olives
    fry

    Mix one large sauce spoon for every serving to prosciutto

    When combined, add to cooked pasta, and mix with hazel nuts or walnuts?
