Lean Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lbs leanest ground beef
3 lbs leanest ground turkey
2 lbs chicken breast
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 large can stewed tomatoes
8 garlic cloves
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
salt & pepper to taste
EV Olive Oil
3 large red peppers
2 large onions
3 jalapenos
6 cups cooked Brown rice
Preparation

In large pot, saute onions, and garlic in EVOO.
Then add all peppers.
At the same time, brown and drain ground beef. When drained add to pot.
Add beans and tomatoes.
Brown turkey and grill chicken.
Slowly add turkey, mixing in well as you add.
When chicken is done, chop into 1/2 -1 inch cubes.
Add chicken slowly, mixing well as you add.
Add rice.
