Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp oil
    1 large onion
    1green bell pepper, seeded & chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 lb lean ground beef
    2 lb diced pork
    1 can stewed toms
    1 bottle chili sauce
    1 cup water 1 cup beer
    1/2 cup chili powder
    1/3 cup tom paste
    1 can diced chiles
    1 tbsp cumin
    4 tsp beef concentrate paste
    1/2 tsp oregano
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large pot. Add onion,bell pepper,celery and garlic; saute for 5 minutes. Add beef and pork; cook till browned. Add remaining ingredients & simmer for 1 hour or until pork is tender.
