Egg And Kindey Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can red kidney beans, washed and drained
    3-4 large hard boiled eggs, chopped
    2 green onions, chopped
    1/2 C fresh basil, chopped (optional)
    Dressing:
    1 TBLS yellow mustard
    1/4 C. Mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
    Mix dressing ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine beans, eggs and onions; toss until combined. Stir in dressing. Chill. Chop basil and add just before serving to prevent it from turning dark.
    Can be prepared 1 day ahead.
