Easy Lemon Tart Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 egg yolks
    2/3 cup sugar
    Grated zest of 2 lemons (optional)
    2/3 cup lemon juice
    1/2 cup sour cream
    One 8\" pie crust or pastry shell prebaked
    Confectioner's sugar
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Beat together the eggs, yolks and sugar in a bowl. Add lemon zest and lemon juice mixing well. Whisk in the sour cream. Pour into the prebaked shell Skim off any surface foam.
