Spaetzle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups flour
    3 eggs
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients very well, with a strong, upward, whipping motion.
    Put a batch of the dough on a small cutting board and scrape it off the board into a pot of boiling salted water, forming small button - to thin egg-noodle size noodles. Noodles will float to the top of the water when they are cooked. Remove with a strainer or slotted spoon.
