Peach Galette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Pastry:
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1/3 cup cold water
    1/2 t salt
    7 T cold unsalted butter
    Filling:
    6 ripe peaches, peeled
    3/4 cup finely-chopped pecans
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 egg yolk
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 T flour
    1/2 t cinnamon
    1 T butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. To make pastry, mix together flour and salt. Cut in butter using a pastry blender. Add just enough water so that mixture can be gathered to form a bell of dough. Roll dough into a circle 15 inches in diameter, 1/8 inch thick. Use pot lid or large plate to cut dough into 13 inch circle. Transfer pastry onto flat baking sheet.
