Baked Oatmeal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 C skim milk
1/2 C applesauce
1 large egg equivalent in EggBeaters
Mix together in a bowl and add:
2 C uncooked oatmeal (not the quick cooking kind or steel cut)
1/2 C Splenda brown sugar blend
1/3 C raisins (I use Crasins)
1 T chopped walnuts, pecans or almonds (I use almonds)
1 t baking powder
Preparation

Spray 8\" square pan with Pam, pour in mixture and bake at 375 for 20 min.
Refrigerate. Scoop into bowl and microwave to eat.
(You can double the recipe by using a 9x12 pan. It will take about 35-40 minutes to bake. I store in a large sealed container in the fridge and it lasts a whole week)
