Super Speedy Teriaki Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Whole fillet of Salmon 1 inch thickness
    1 Yellow or sweet onion sliced in rounds 1/4 in. thick
    1 Orange sliced in rounds 1/4 in. thick
    2 Lemons sliced in rounds 1/4 in. thick
    3 Cloves Garlic sliced
    1 1/2 cup Teriaki sauce
    Fresh cilantro for garnish
Preparation
    Place sliced onion, half of the orange and one lemon on a sheet of tin foil long enough for your salmon fillet with several inches to spare. Place salmon fillet on top of onions and citrus. Place remaining half of orange and Lemon on top of salmon (squeeze the ends of lemon on top) sprinkle the garlic. Pour the teriaki sauce on top of salmon. Take another sheet of foil (same size) and place it on top. Roll the sides together and the ends making a \"burrito\". Bake at 325 for 30-45 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillet. Remove from oven and place on a large platter garnished with the onions from the bottom and fresh cilantro.
