Cajun Jacket Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large potatoes, sliced into 8 wedges.
2 tablespoons of Cajun spice
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation

Peheat the oven to 400 degrees farenheit/ 200 degrees celcius/ gas mark 6.
With the skins left on, slice the potatoes into 8 equal wedges.
Fill a pan of water 3/4 full, put the potatoes in, bring the water to the boil and cook for 7-10 minutes from boiling until part cooked. Then drain the potatoes.
Put the wedges onto a baking tray, pour on the oil and use your hands to completely cover the potatoes.
Add the Cajun spice (or your other spice of your choosing,) and toss the potatoes with your hands until completely covered.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes until crispy on the outside and soft in the centre.
