Italian Chicken Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
    11/2 Lbs Chicken, cut into strips
    1 Tbs Olive Oil
    4 Potatoes, cubed
    1 to 2 Green Peppers, small cubes
    1 Lb Fresh String Beans, bite size
    1 Large can Diced Tomatos
    2 Large cans Plain Tomato Sauce
    Fresh Basil, Salt, Pepper, Oregano, and other italian seasonings to taste.
    1 Lb of Pasta, your choice of style
Preparation
    Saute Chicken and Garlic in Olive Oil bottom of 6 Qt saucepan until Chicken browns. Add Potatos and Green Peppers, cover and cook for 5 mins. Add String Beans, cook for 5 mins.

    Add cans of Diced Tomatos, Tomato Sauce and spices.
    Bring to Boil
    Lower heat to a simmer
    Cook for 35 minutes
    Cook Pasta as per directions on box
    Serve over Pasta
