Quick And Easy Black Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 small onion, diced
    1 small tomato diced
    1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
    1/2 cup chopped chorizo or other Latin-style sausage
    2 cups canned black beans with its liquid
    pinch of salt
    pinch of pepper
    1 teaspoon hot sauce
    1/2 cup beer
    1 cup beef broth
Preparation
    In medium saucepan heat oil in medium heat.
    Add onion, tomate and garlic and sautee until onion is soft (about 3 minutes)
    Add chorizo and beans, cook for 5 minutes
    Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes; check seasoning and add salt and pepper as needed
    Using a hand blender puree soup
