Thai Salad With Chilis, Lime, Mint - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 zuccinni chopped
    Smallest flowerettes on the cauliflower
    2 T shallots minced
    1 T garlic minced
    2 T green onion minced
    2 T fish sauce
    1 T lime juice
    1 T dry brown rice
    1 t sugar
    1 t or less depending on heat, of dried red chili
    a handful of fresh mint leaves
Preparation
    Brown the dry rice, until fragrant. Cool. Grind to powder.
    Add everything together. Taste for a pleasing balance of salty, sour, and hot. Serve at room temp.
