Baked Turkey Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds ground turkey
    1 onion, grated
    1/2 cup chopped parsley
    1 cup fine grated Parmesan
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 teaspoon fennel seeds
    1 teaspoon kosher salt
    Black pepper
    1 egg, lightly beaten
Preparation
    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

    2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Form into 1.85oz meatballs.

    3. Grease a cookie sheet with olive oil.

    3. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until no longer pink in the middle.

    Freeze meatballs for use later. For 1 serving put 3 frozen meat balls in pan and cover with good quality tomato sauce. Simmer for 30 mins. Serve with grated Parmesan.
