Orange Marmalade Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp ground cloves
    1/4tsp ground nutmeg
    1 tsp grated orange rind
    2/3 cup butter, melted
    2/3 cup sugar
    3 eggs
    1/3 cup milk
    1/4 cup yogurt
    1 tbs lemon juice
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    3/4 cup orange marmalade
Preparation
    1. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and grated orange rind, set aside.
    2. In another bowl, stir together the sugar, melted butter, eggs, milk, yogurt and lemon juice.
    3. Add chopped walnuts and dry ingredients to the egg mixture, mix until well blended.
    4. Stir in the marmalade and pour batter into the greased and floured 20 cm Bundt cake pan. Bake at 175\u00b0C for 45 to 60 minutes, until done (trick with the toothpick).
    5. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then carefully take it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
