Grandma Marsha'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1.5 pounds of ground beef
    1/2 pound of italian sausage
    1 large can tomatoes
    8 ounces tomato sauce
    1 package spaghetti seasoning mix
    24 ounces tomato juice
    1 pound uncooked lasagna noodles
    1 pound dry cottage cheese
    8 ounces mozzarella cheese
    2 ounces grated romana cheese
Preparation
    Cook meat until its lost its color- stirring frequently. Add all tomato sauces and spaghetti seasoning. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes. Grease the bottom of a 10x13 pan. Cover bottom with a thin layer of spaghetti/meat sauce. Create layer of noodles with strips and spoon additional spaghetti/meat mixture on top and then sprinkle 1/3 of cheeses over that layer. Repeat layers 3 times. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 350 degrees for one hour. Remove from heat, remove foil and allow to stand for five minutes.
