B.A.L.T On A Toasted Calabrese Bun - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Slices, Black Forest Bacon, 1/8\" thickness
    1, Small Avocado, mashed into thick paste
    2 Leaves, Red Leaf Lettuce
    1, Large Ripe Red Tomato, sliced
    2 Tbls, Mayonnaise
    2, Calabrese Buns
    Salt, to taste
    Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Heat Large Fry Pan on high/medium heat. Place in Bacon and cook until brown on both sides. It should be slightly crispy but still a little chewy. Once finished place on plate with paper towel and pat dry.

    While Bacon is cooking preheat Oven or Conventional Oven to 350 degrees. Slice Buns in half and place in Oven open faced.

    Once buns are toasted spread Mayonnaise on one side of bun and mashed Avocado on the other. Break Bacon slices in half and put 6 pieces on each bun. Add Sliced Tomatoes and Lettuce. Season with Salt & Pepper to taste.
