Sandtarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb sugar (2.5 C)
    1 lb flour (4 C)
    1/2 lb butter
    2 large eggs
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar. Beat eggs in a small bowl. Add beaten eggs to butter and sugar mixture. Slowly add the flour. Mix thoroughly. Chill overnight.

    Roll out onto a floured surface to 1/8 inch thickness. You should be able to see through the dough. Cut into diamonds and lift onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.
