Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 ripe avocados (Hass)
Juice of 1 1/2 limes (or to taste)
1 med yellow onion diced
1 tomato diced
Salt to taste
Preparation

Scoop ripe avocados out of skin and place in large bowl. Squeeze 1 1/2 limes into bowl (careful to remove seeds). Mash the avocados. Put diced onion in mixture and then add the diced tomato. Salt to taste. Fold the mixture and cover with foil. Chill
