Grandma Graham'S Pumpkin Pie - Version 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (14-1/2 oz) evaporated milk
    2 cups whole milk
    6 eggs
    2 cups brown sugar
    2 taspoons cinnamon
    1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1 can (1 lb. 13 oz.) pumpkin (3 cups)
Preparation
    Bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 325 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.

    Makes 3 9-inch pies.
