Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb beef
    1 large onion
    1 cloves garlic
    2 cups celery
    2 cups carrots
    1 sweet red pepper
    2 14oz cans beef stock
    1 can rotel chili and tomatos
    1 14 oz can tomatos with basil and oregano
    3 T chili sauce
    1 T herbes de provence
    2-3 14 oz cans hominy
Preparation
    Brown meat in olive oil in dutch oven or large pot. Add onion cook until tender
    Add garlic, celery, carrots, sweet pepper and beef stock. Add rotel, tomatos chili sauce and Herbes de Provence.
    One hour before done add homniy.
