Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Crust:
2 sticks of margarine
1/2 cup confectionary sugar
2 cups flour
Topping:
4 beaten eggs
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/3 lemon juice
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation

Crust:
Mix until it starts sticking together. Press into 9x13 and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Topping:
Mix ingredients together and pour on crust. Bake another 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Sprinkle lightly with confectionary sugar.
