Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pound ground meat
1 package shredded mozzarella
1 jar/can spaghetti sauce
1 pound small curd cottage cheese
lasagna noodles
Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Brown the ground meat and drain the fat. Add sauce and heat through.
3. In a 13x9 inch pan, layer, sauce/meat, noodles, cottage cheese, mozzarella, sauce mixture, etc., and ending with the sauce mixture on top
4. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour
You might want to let it set for a few minutes after cooking. I usually see some moisture on top that absorbs in after a bit.
