Butternut Squash With Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbls. Butter
    2 Tbls. Olive Oil
    3 Large Onions
    2 Tsp Chipotle Chili Powder
    4 Lbs. Butternut Squash (6 Cups)
    2 Lbs. Apples (About 5 or 6)
    2 C. Apple Juice
    2 C. Vegetable Broth
    1 Tsp. Salt
    1 Tsp. Pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil and butter. Sweat onions with chili powder. Add next 4 ingredients. Boil.
    Cover and then simmer for 30 minutes. Season to taste. Thin out with more apple juice if desired.
