Hawaiin Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
    1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions
    1 tsp.finely chopped fresh ginger root
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 8 oz. can pineapple slices, reserving juice
    1 c. teriyaki sauce
Preparation
    Combine turkey, bread crumbs, bell pepper, green onions, ginger root, salt and 1/4 c. pineapple juice; mix gently.
    Form meat mixture into four 1/2 inch patties. Grill over medium coals 10-12 minutes or till meat is no longer pink, turning once during cooking. Baste with teriyaki sauce during last 2 minutes of grilling. Grill pineapple slices 5 minutes, basting with teriyaki sauce.
    Serve bugers on buns and top with pineapple slice.
