Mike'S Huckleberry Desert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups huckleberries
1 cup sugar
1 - 2 T corn starch
2 cups cool whip
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pie pan with graham cracker crust (purchased at store)
Preparation

Place huckleberries in sauce pan with sugar. Bring to a low boil. Add corn starch slurry and return to boil and thicken. Put in refrigerator to cool.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla together. Fold in Cool Whip. Place mixture in pie shell. Top with cooled berry mixture. Serve.
