Pepper Jack Corn Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup Monterey Jack cheese (with peppers), shredded
    1 can Mexican style corn
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
    3 tablespoons pickeled jalapeno peppers, chopped
    Additional jalapenos to taste (for top of dip)
    1 corn chips (like Fritos)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except for corn chips and additional jalapenos.
    Spread mixture in shallow baking pan (approx 8x8) or pie dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Top with additional jalapenos to taste.

    Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes until browning and bubbly.

    Serve hot with corn chips.
