Goat Cheese Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz goat cheese
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    1/2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped fine
    2 1/2 tsp fresh Italian flat parsley, chopped fine**
    coarse salt to taste
    black pepper to taste
    **may substitute for a combination of lavender flowers, garlic flowers, or basil flowers
Preparation
    blend all ingredients together until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use
