Grilled Cornish Hens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Cornish Hens
    Olive oil
    empty tomato paste cans
    beer
    1 stick of Butter (softened)
    3 tbls chopped Fresh Parsley
    2 cloves garlic crushed
    1 tbls fresh crushed Rosemary
    2 tsp Cavenders Greek Seasoning
    Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
    mix butter and last 5 ingredients together

    Rinse hens and pat dry.
    Loosen skin from meat with your finger or small spoon and rub
    butter mixture under skin liberally.
    Rub hen with olive oil inside and out. Salt and Pepper to taste inside and out.
    Fill empty can with beer and
    stand hen up on it by placing it
    in the hens cavity.
    Stand hen up on grill and
    cook on medium until done and
    skin is golden.
