Wendy'S Fabulous Mussels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 pounds cleaned mussels
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 soya sauce dark
    juice 1 lime
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1/2 cup white wine
    6 large cloves garlic sliced thin
    1 medium red onion sliced thin
    small bunch of corriander torn
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    4-6 tablespoon sesame oil
    4-6 hot chile sauce
    salt 1 teaspoon
    pepper 1 tablespoon
Preparation
    saute garlic and onion until soft
    add stewed tomatoes
    salt/pepper
    add wine
    add soya sauce
    add butter
    juice of one lime
    add chile sauce
    add cream
    bring to simmer until reduces to a semi thick sauce about 45 minutes
    add sesame oil, corriander and mussels, simmer until mussels
    open. This is when you can add crumped blue cheese if you like.
