Fruit Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

FRUIT FILLING
8 cups thinly sliced peaches, pears or apples
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup water
OATMEAL TOPPING
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1/4 cup non-fat dry milk
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 cup butter (or 1/2 cup)
Preparation

In a 9\"x13\" dish mix fruit, lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon. Pour water over the mixture. Put oatmeal mixture over the fruit in large lumps. Bake 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until top is golden brown.
OATMEAL TOPPING
Stir flour, brown sugar, oats, dried milk, cinnamon and ginger to mix. Cut in cold butter.
