Traditional Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup Dark Corn Syrup
    3 Eggs
    1 cup sugar
    2 tbsp melted butter
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/8 tsp salt
    1 1/2 cup Pecan halves
Preparation
    Mix together first 6 ingredients
    Stir in Pecan halves
    Pour into unbaked pie shell
    Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
    Reduce heat to 350 degrees and
    Bake an additional 35 - 40 minutes
    Outer edge of filling should be set, center slightly soft.
