Quick Asparagus Amandine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 serving asparagus
1 tablespoon almonds (slivered)
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

1. Steam asparagus until tender.
2. Rinse the asparagus under cold water to stop the cooking process.
3. Melt the butter in a pan.
4. Add the almonds and cook until golden brown.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Add the lemon juice and salt.
7. Pour over the asparagus.
