Salsa Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    SALAD:
    1 can corn, drained
    1 can black beans, drained
    1 can chopped tomatoes with chilis
    2 green onions chopped
    1/3 Cup of chopped green or red pepper
    1 Tsp of chopped fresh cilantro or 1/2 Tsp dry
    1 or 2 Tsp of chopped pickled jalapeno (to taste)
    DRESSING:
    1/2 Tsp of taco seasoning
    2 Tsp of juice from jalapeno jar
    1/4 Cup sugar
    1 Tsp of lime juice
    1/3 Cup veg oil
    1/3 Cup apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Stir all ingedients of salad together in a large bowl.

    Stir together dressing ingredients and pour over salad mixture. Stir together, cover and refigerate one day.

    Serve with corn chips as a dip.
    Or on a lettuce cup with a sprig of cilantro and a slice of avacado, as a side salad.
