Hobart'S Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sweet corn
    1 can cream corn
    1 small yellow onion
    3 oz bacon (fried or bacon bits)
    1/2 lb longhorn cheddar(grated)
Preparation
    Fry chopped onion in butter until transparent, add sweet corn and creamed corn, bacon and grated cheese.
    Add pepper is desired. Stir frequently.

    Heat covered on low for about 30 minutes.

    Serve in bowls.
