Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1C b-milk
1 1/2 C sugar
1 unbaked pie crust
pinch salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanila
3 TBSP flour
1 C egg beatrs & 1 egg (or 2 eggs)
1 stick softnd butr

Preparation

oven 400 for 10 min/350 for 50 min
beat eggs til frothy. beat in sugar, flour, buttr til smooth. stir in b-milk, van & nutmeg. bake 400 for 10 min., reduce heat to 350 for 50 min
