Chopped Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 carrots, chopped
3 organic celery stalks, chopped
1 bunch of parsley
1 red pepper, chopped
3 kale leaves, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 15-ounce can garbanzo beans, drained
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss. Makes an interesting salad without lettuce and it keeps well for a few days in the fridge.
