Pineapple Celery Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups cubed (1 inch) fresh pineapple (from 1 pineapple, peeled and cored)
2 cups chopped celery (about 4 ribs)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup firmly packed fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons sugar
Preparation

Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing hard on solids, then discarding them. Serve over ice.
