Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 C Heavy cream
2/3 C Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Vanilla bean

Preparation

Heat cream, sugar, vanilla, and vanilla seeds in a small saucepan only until sugar is dissolved.

Strain into bowl, cover, and chill very well.

Freeze mixture in ice cream freezer.
