Raw Kale Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bunch of kale
1/2 C extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 clove of garlic finely chopped
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 C pine nuts
1/2 C oil packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish, optional
Preparation

1.\tWash and cut kale into bite size pieces.
2.\tMix well the olive oil, garlic, vinegar and salt.
3.\tDrizzle over kale and then toss with the sun-dried tomatoes and pine nuts.
4.\tPlace in a serving bowl and garnish with the cheese.
