Crispy Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    2 tablespoon water
    7 tablespoon shortening
Preparation
    1. Sift flour into salt and cheese, mixing thoroughly.
    2. Cut in the shortening, mixing well.
    3. Sprinkle with water until flour is moistened.
    4. Form into bite-sized balls (bigger than a quarter, smaller than a golf ball).
    5. Bake at 350 until the bottoms begin to turn light brown. (They're perfect for a toaster oven!)
    6. Allow to cool, and serve!
