Nona"S Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches Swiss Chard
    2 pounds Ground Beef Lean/ Italian Sausage 1 Lb of each
    1 cup Parsley/ chopped
    1 Onion/diced
    2 stalk Celery/diced
    3 Garlic/ minced
    1 pound Mushrooms/sliced
    2 tablespoons Butter/melted
    1 cup Parmesan Cheese/ grated
    1 1/2 teaspoon basil
    1 1/2 teaspoon basil
    1/4 teaspoon sage
    1/4 teaspoon rosemary
    3/4 loaf French Bread/stale
    1 cup Chicken Broth
    2 eggs/ slightly beaten
Preparation
    Soak bread in chicken broth over night
    steam chard/ parsley together
    Using cheese cloth squeeze broth out of bread
    using cheese cloth squeeze water out of greeens than chop and mix with bread
    saute onion,celery garlic mushrooms/ add to bread mixture
    Brown meats than drain and add to bread mix
    Add spices , butter, eggs and parm cheese to bread mixture
