Red Lentil Coconut Butter Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup dry Red Lentils
    6 tablespoons Coconut Butter (Sold in jars in most health food stores.)
    1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
    1/4 teaspoon Chili Powder
    1/4 teaspoon Cumin
    1/2 teaspoon Curry Powder
    1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
    1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
    1/2 tablespoon Fresh Grated Ginger
Preparation
    1. Wash the lentils until the water runs clear.
    2. Optional: soak the lentils in water in the fridge overnight, or for a few hours, for quicker cooking.
    3. Put everything in a pot on the stove, with enough water to cover the ingredients. Simmer until the lentils are tender. (20 to 30 minutes.)
